Director of Monkey Business
April B. Whitlock
Director, Fundanoodle
In Her Own Words: As a Charlotte-area native, Carolina Pad seems to have always been in my blood. When I was a kindergartner, I practiced my letters and numbers on Fat Boy filler notebook paper (an old Carolina Pad brand). When my daughter started school last year, she chose the pink-flower print, one-subject notebook from the Kendall Kollection. It’s pretty incredible for me to be able to connect these emotional milestones with the work I do.
April’s Favorite Product: Anything from Fundanoodle! The most fun you'll ever have while learning!
More About April: April joined the team in November 2008 to develop and promote the company’s brand portfolio. Prior to that, she was senior vice president of marketing for Mom Corps, focusing on business and brand development. April also spent seven years at LendingTree, helping to build the company’s 200-strong lender network.
April serves on the boards of Dress for Success Charlotte, the Charlotte Mecklenburg School System’s Academic Internship Program, and the Dilworth United Methodist Weekday School. She is a graduate of Duke University, where she earned her bachelor of arts degree in public policy and political science.
