More About Rick: As the vice president of international sales, Rick is responsible for bringing  Carolina Pad fashion collections to the 96 percent of the population outside of the United States. An 11-year Carolina Pad veteran, Rick served as vice president of U.S. sales, prior to the company’s entry into the global arena. Before joining Carolina Pad, Rick spent two years as national sales manager for Sunbeam Oster and eleven years managing key national accounts for Polaroid. 

Rick earned his bachelor of science degree in marketing from the University of Alabama.
